Digitalization

We provide outstanding 4.0 Industry solutions to move towards the Digital Twin. All the equipment is sensorized, we capture and analyze data in real-time on the Beyond 4.0 Platform by GHI. The Beyond 4.0 platform collects a large amount of data that is monitored and analyzed with advanced Big data tools by our 4.0 engineering team. Knowing the behaviour of the equipment and through the development of algorithms, we are able to control the process and plan the preventive and predictive maintenance interventions. The 4.0 technology helps our technicians make a preliminary diagnosis of the equipment and develop a solution based on historical and, therefore, reliable data.
