Hot-stamping Furnace
Highly efficient and versatile
These furnaces are used to heat steel shapes which are then press-quenched, a manufacturing process which is being increasingly used in the automotive industry.
They are continuous furnaces which use a protective atmosphere and can deliver batches of shapes in cycle times taking just seconds.
The furnace is fitted with a rolling beam transport system, which takes the load from the entrance and conveys it to the exit, where an extraction machine and centring table deliver the parts to the press.
Value proposition
Beam system with excellent positioning precision.
High efficiency and availability, due to minimum contamination of transport system.
Small surface area occupied, given minimum space required between batches.
Fully automated installation.
