Furnace for Heat Treating Aluminium Sheets
Flexible production
Used for heating aluminium sheets prior to rolling. At GHI, we offer two different types of complementary furnaces for different production requirements:
Loading machine furnaces
Intermittent, modular and automated chamber furnaces. Installations usually comprise several furnaces and turning and transfer machines that allow for high flexibility as regards number of sheets for treatment.
Value proposition
Flexibility as regards number of sheets for treatment: ideal for small series of sheets of differing sizes and alloys.
Process automation.
Heat treatment quality: uniform heating speed and high temperature precision.
Very short heating times.
Installation flexibility, since it can easily be expanded.
Loads with a wide variety of treatments and of differing sizes can be heated at the same time.
Sheet temperature measurement in real time.

Pusher furnace
Semi-continuous furnaces for high-volume outputs, through which sheets arranged on rails are pushed. The exact temperature required is obtained by high-speed recirculation of the atmosphere inside the furnace by powerful fans. These furnaces can also perform homogenising treatments, and their operation is fully automated.
Value proposition
Suitable for high-output plants, given their large capacity.
Ideal for treating large series of same alloy, same size sheets.
Temperature precision.
Multiple furnaces can consecutively feed the rolling mill, sharing the load transfer system.
