SHORT
TIME CYCLE ROLLER HEARTH ROLLER FURNACES TYPE SR-CC

These
are batch furnaces with recirculation fans prepared to work with controlled
atmosphere at temperatures up to 900º C. The facility set up is composed
of a charging table, a discharging one and a cooling chamber, although
units of bigger complexity may be delivered. They are mainly used to treat
bars and wire coils in small lots with metallurgical results comparable
to the ones obtained in continuous furnaces. Usual treatments: annealing,
carbon restoration, normalizing.
