AUTODRIVEN
BELL TYPE BATCH FURNACES TYPE HCA
Bell type furnaces
mainly consist in a fixed base on which the load is placed and a moveable
bell where heating elements are usually provided. By means of a crane
the bell is situated on the base. GHI has developed many designs for
standard applications. Offers will be provided if the enclosed questionnaire
is filled in. Nevertheless autodriven bell furnaces are shown below.
These furnaces incorporate an autonomous mechanism that allows the elevation
and the lowering of the bell without the crane. The load is placed on
the base, on which heating elements are placed, by means of a charging
machine. The charging machine usually incorporates an elevator that
facilitates load quenching into the quenching tanks.
