PUSHER
FURNACES TYPE EC WITHOUT CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE

They are used for the treatment of pieces in manufacturing processes where
a light decarburation or oxidation does not affect the quality of the
final product. When furnaces are used for austenizing of
pieces of big size, prior
to
quenching, these are arranged on trays with supports adequate to their
shape. After pieces are heated, a manipulator take them out and introduce
them into the cooling tank avoiding tray
damage of by thermal shock. Containers with a bottom tray are used when
small pieces are treated.
